Kevin Tse (HKG) has confirmed his entry to the upcoming 71st Macau Grand Prix Greater Bay Area GT Cup (GT4), scheduled to take place from November 14-17, 2024. The Hong Kong driver will be returning to the Guia Circuit after his last visit at the 2023 Greater Bay Area GT Cup (GT3). He will be driving the Contemp Concept-liveried #18 Mercedes-AMG GT4 with Team TRC.
Tse’s return to Macau follows a successful Pro-Am racing season in Europe – including a P2 class finish in the 24 Hours of Spa, along with multiple victories in the British GT Championship. Tse has shown exceptional development as an amateur driver and he aims to cap off this brilliant season with a race victory around the narrow streets of Macau – aiming to replicate his previous championship win of the 2019 Macau Greater Bay Area GT Cup.
The Macau Guia Circuit is considered to be one of the most perilous racing tracks in the world with 6.12 km of long straights and an extremely tricky hill section. Tse’s experience around this track will prove invaluable to extract the most out of the Mercedes-AMG GT4. All sessions will be available to watch worldwide via live stream on the official Macau Grand Prix website as well as broadcast to several local TV stations.
